ROSANNAROBIN, CIDQ is a 2024 Natural Stone Institute (NSI) Pinnacle Award Winner. This highly coveted award is given to projects whose beauty, creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship exemplify professional mastery in the use of natural stone in commercial and residential applications.
18 years plus, ROSANNAROBIN practices professionally the "Art" of Interior Design and Architectural Interiors. Although initially obtaining a business degree from The University of Richmond, ROSANNAROBIN, CIDQ changed focus and pursued her prolific creative side. After graduating from The New York School of Interior Design, ROSANNAROBIN's training began in Manhattan working with a "modern" Architect designing in the Italian style with Italian manufactured products. Continuing direction under a "classical" Architect in CT, ROSANNAROBIN,CIDQ began utilizing the classical aesthetic philosophy of balance and proportion in her designs. As a result, ROSANNAROBIN,CIDQ is able to meld 2 different approaches to historical styles into uniquely, creative contemporary projects.
ROSANNROBIN,CIDQ refers to her style as MODERN NOUVEAU: creating movement in a space through the use of architectural materials and finishes… paying attention to all planes (ceilings/walls/floors) as they document a space's lifestyle as much as the interior furnishings.
ROSANNROBIN , CIDQ is credited with creating the
NATURAL STONE WATERFALL largely seen prevalent and dominating kitchen designs today. Engaging innovative products at that time such as "LEATHER " finishes, her "WATERFALLS OF STONE" interior designs were initially featured in the tv series FIX This Kitchen in addition to publication in Stone World Magazine and Tile Magazine.
ROSANNROBIN's expertise in project management ensured the
Fabricator and General Contractor executed the interior designs to the highest standards of excellence.
ROSANNAROBIN,CIDQ currently mentors US and International students in best practices of Interior Design.
